By downloading, installing, or using Hydra Nation ("App", "we", "us", "our", or "company"), you accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this App.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device in accordance with these Terms.
Permitted Uses
- Personal, non-commercial use only
- Tracking your own hydration and health
- Participating in the gamified experience
Prohibited Uses
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting the App
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code
- Removing or altering any proprietary notices or labels on the App
- Accessing the App through automated means without permission
- Using the App to harm, harass, or intimidate others
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
- Bypassing security measures or attempting unauthorized access
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of Hydra Nation or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and use the App for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish the App or its contents without permission.
5. User-Generated Content
Any content you submit to the App (including hydration logs, comments, or user data) grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HYDRA NATION BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damage to your device or data
- Any interruption or unavailability of the App
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Hydra Nation is a gamified hydration tracker and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice.
- The App is designed for general wellness tracking only
- Do not rely solely on the App for health decisions
- Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health or hydration habits
- Hydration needs vary by individual, activity level, climate, and health condition
- The App provides general guidance and is not personalized medical advice

The App uses third-party services including Supabase for backend infrastructure. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales that cannot be excluded by agreement.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to bring proceedings in your own country of residence under applicable consumer protection law.
